New Wellness Tools I’m Loving
To be honest, a lot of my wellness go-to’s have been the same for years and years. For example, I’ve used and shared my Seed synbiotic for years (MEGAN15), along with my acupressure mat, my Five Minute Journal, and so on. These are my tried-and-true favorites that just work for me, and have for years — and I will continue to share these as long as they work for me.
Although I have my go-to products, I still often experiment with different wellness tools and theories. Truly, that’s often all it is — an experimental phase that fades into the next. Rare is it that I experiment, fall in love with the product, and adopt it into my every day routine.
Lately, though, I’ve had a few products come into my life and the experimental phase turned into a complete adoption. This is a high bar—I mean, these products are freaking amazing, and I do not say that lightly.
For those that have followed me for a while, you know I truly only work with brands I believe in fully. Often, I will trial a product for a while before I share it, and absolutely, before I commit to any partnership. Since day one, when I began sharing product, I made a vow that I will only share what I truly, madly, deeply love — and use myself.
That said: these are products I SWEAR BY, 100%. They’ve been game-changer in my life lately.
ARRAE CALM
Love both the Bloat and Calm, but really rave over the Calm — it’s the magic synchronicity of magnesium and l-theanine in tablet form. I take this an hour before bed (but you can take at anytime; it’s not a drowsy supplement) and it puts me in the most gentle, relaxed state. I love it.

HIGHER DOSE SAUNA BLANKET
After I take the Calm, I turn on my Higher Dose infrared sauna blanket so it heats up as I feed and rock baby to sleep (this also allows Calm to digest/take action). Once baby is down, I crawl into my sauna blanket for a good 30 minutes and read—no electronics.
The heat really relaxes my muscles (I notice a lot less soreness) and just puts me in the most zen state before bed.
Not only do I use this thing in the evening — I honestly crawl into it whenever I have a chance (usually whenever Kennedy naps). I even work from my laptop from it during the daytime. It’s game-changer, especially going into winter.
CYMBIOTIKA SUPPLEMENTS
I was never a supplement girl before I found Cymbiotika — I just never found anything effective nor enjoyable to take, and Cymbiotika is both.
So I’ve tried basically all of the supplements at this point, but my absolute favorites are their: glutathione, vitamin C, magnesium, and plant protein powder.
I store the glutathione in the fridge, and take it right away in the AM with my Seed synbiotic (best to take both on empty stomach). I will take the vitamin C anytime during the day, and usually, the magnesium as a dessert-like treat after a meal (it’s “vanilla cream” and tastes yummy, without the sugar). Really, all their supplements taste like a treat, which is an added benefit to their positive effects on the body.
