Gifts for Home Body & Sensory Lover

Untitled design-2.jpg

The holidays are here, and it’s time to get on those Black Friday sales.

Whenever I shop sales, I try to be very mindful about investing in pieces—whether they’re for me or for others—that will bring added joy and utility to life.

I’ve shared this before, but I truly prefer to own fewer higher-quality items, especially those that bring me deeper into the present moment. The things that ignite my sensory experiences and fuel my spirit.

Below, I share carefully selected items and suggestions that, to me, seem very grounding for the mind, body, and spirit. After all, I believe there is nothing richer than the feeling of internal peace, and sometimes, our external environment and cherished items can guide us there. Most of these items I own personally, and others, I have my eye on. :)

Enjoy, loves!

HOME

HEALTH

  • I love booking a massage service, but I also think it would be nice to have the Theragun at home (bonus: looks like they have a great Black Friday sale).

  • I recently got Bala bangles to add to my low impact workouts—like yoga or walking—and they add just enough muscle engagement and lean definition.

  • My Breville Compact Juicer is one of my most loved items in my kitchen. Such a reasonable price for a great juicer.

  • We love our Caraway cookware. It’s a nontoxic nonstick cookware line (a phenomenon), and its beautiful aesthetic makes it such a pleasure to cook with.

  • I’ve been a big believer in my acupressure mat for years. Instant calm and rejuvenation, I tell ya.

BEAUTY

  • The Goop Glow line is my favorite skincare line maybe ever. I love that they put together their best sellers in this mini set. Great way to give it a try.

WEARBLES

  • Stocking stuffer alert: tortoise hair accessories. I have these clips and I just bought these darling barrettes. Also love this headband and this larger claw

  • I haven’t pulled the trigger for myself, but I’ve longed for a cashmere lounge set (now 30% off at Reformation). Is there anything more cozy, warm, and comforting?
