Recipe: Everyday Green Juice

I often get questions about my daily green juice that I post every day, and had some requests to put it on my blog. So, here it is, girls!

This juice is fabulous because it’s ultra-hydrating, full of vitamins, nourishing for hair, skin, and nails, and is low in sugar. The ingredients below are in the quantities for a single serving (so, double for two people).

PS: I use the Breville Compact Juicer for my juices, and couldn’t recommend it more for the price point.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 full cucumber

  • 4 celery stalks

  • 1 lemon

  • 1/3 apple (to keep sugar down)

  • Handful of raw ginger (or more, if you love a kick!)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Wash all the above produce thoroughly

  2. I cut the rind/peel off the lemon so that it juices a little nicer

  3. Put it all in the juicer—no order is necessary.

  4. Enjoy!
