10 Things for February

vintage linens, sleep enhancers, rain-resistant jackets, easy nourishment, plus more.

Dear Reader,

Happy Feb!

Yes, I’m a day late—forgive me. I have a sick baby that I’ve been obsessing over, and she’s finally getting in some deep sleep. Sickness (and sleep) are themes of Winter, I’ve accepted.

Good news, though: we made it to February, the last “full month” of Winter on the calendar.

Worth celebrating, right?

No surprise, I’m sure, but I’m living for whispers of Spring right now. Longer days, fresher scents, and of course, all the latest fashion drops: cotton jackets, sunny hues, canvas totes (more below).

Yet, I know my body is in Winter. So I continue to lather my dry lips with nourishing masks and cozy up in bed with my trusted sleep-enhancers (more on this below, too).

For February, I share my latest favorites that fall beneath my Winter-Spring umbrella. Hoping you can relate to this confusing theme.

Going to keep this short-and-sweet. My two kids are both sleeping, and it’d be a slap in God’s face to not soak up some rare solitude.

All my love, always, but esp for love month.

xx Megan

LISTEN: I’m not ADHD, but I still love this ADHD focus playlist.

AROMA: Nette’s Sunday Chess — sort of become obsessed with Nette (divine scents, made with coconut wax, with fab branding).

RECIPE: Healthy mint patties on my radar (a sweet Vday treat, maybe).

  • Sakara Life

As much as I enjoy my time in the kitchen, I have to admit the Sakara Life meal delivery service has been SO damn nice lately. My weeks seem busier than ever, so it’s nice to have healthy, organic, plant-based meals readily available. Plus, Kennedy loves them too. (Use MEGANKARP for 20% off site.)

  • Hatch Restore

I’ve been doing this thing where I don’t sleep next to my phone (it charges in another room at night). Game-changer, my friends. This Hatch Restore is my bedside clock, but also, it plays zen tunes to get your brain to surrender into sleep mode. It also mimics the sun for your rise, but I haven’t tried that feature (I rise early, naturally). Sincerely love this thing.

  • Magnesium for Sleep

If you visit my Amazon storefront, you’ll soon discover my obsession for magnesium supplements (under my “wellness” shop). Different forms of magnesium vary in benefits. If you want one to help you sleep, try this magnesium glycinate. I just reordered for myself. It works.

Until next time!
