Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe

Dear Reader,

Call me cliché, but I cannot get enough pumpkin recipes right now. Since I have a smoothie daily, I thought I’d make a fall version — something cozy, seasonal, and just a little indulgent.

If pumpkin pie and a protein shake had a love child, this would be it. Creamy, naturally sweet, packed with fall flavor, and secretly good for you.

It’s protein-rich and makes the perfect cozy breakfast or post-workout snack.

Bonus points: the sprinkle of sprouted pumpkin seeds on top adds crunch and extra nutrients.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like Ballerina Farm)

  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin purée

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • A drizzle of maple syrup (to taste)

  • About 1 cup almond milk (or enough to blend smoothly)

  • Sprouted pumpkin seeds, for topping

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (except pumpkin seeds) to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting almond milk for your desired consistency.

  3. Taste and add more maple syrup if you’d like extra sweetness.

  4. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with sprouted pumpkin seeds (and a pinch of pumpkin spice, if you’re feeling festive), and enjoy!
